Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) was the fifth most prevalent cause of preventable blindness and thefifth common moderate to severe vision impairment between 1990 ̶̶ 2010. [1] Over one-third worlds 285 million diabetics have indications DR, a third these vision-threatening diabetic retinopathy (VTDR), which is defined as non-proliferative DR or proliferative (PDR) presence macular edema (DME)[2]. DME becoming more in world, owing increase type 2 diabetes. can be assessed using intravenous fluorescein angiography (FA) optical coherence tomography (OCT)- noninvasive imaging technique [3]. OCT important for early diagnosis asymptomatic patients, well controlling monitoring DME, depending on treatment method changed. Spectral domain (SD-OCT), produces high-resolution retinal pictures, has good reproducibility measuring thickness [7]. Longitudinal B-scans coronal C-scans are produced ophthalmoscope. As result, it delivers information that traditional techniques fundus inspection cannot.
